Data you provide: when you fill out our contact form or write to us by email, we may collect your first and last name, email address, phone number (if provided), company name, job title, and the content of your message.
Data collected automatically: when you visit the website, some technical data may be collected through cookies that are strictly necessary for its operation: IP address (anonymized where possible), browser and device type, and pages visited.
No sensitive data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR is collected through this website.
03. Purposes and legal bases
Firstrow Agency LLC does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Strictly for the purposes described above, your data may be shared with:
- the Firstrow Agency LLC team handling your request;
- our hosting provider Webflow, Inc. (United States), which hosts the website and receives form submissions, acting as a processor under a data processing agreement;
- Google (Google Workspace), which provides the email service through which we receive your messages.

Firstrow Agency LLC is established in the United States, as are Webflow, Inc. and Google LLC. Transfers of data to these providers are covered, where the recipient is certified, by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or otherwise by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (Decision 2021/914). You may request a copy of these safeguards by writing to admin@firstrowagency.com.

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection (Art. 21), as well as the right to define directives regarding your data after your death (Article 85 of French Law No. 78-17).
To exercise these rights, contact us at admin@firstrowagency.com. We will respond within one month, which may be extended by two additional months if necessary (Article 12(3) GDPR). If the deadline is extended, we will inform you within the initial one-month period.

In accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR, Firstrow Agency LLC implements technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk: SSL/TLS encryption of data in transit (HTTPS across the entire site), secure hosting with Webflow, access to personal data limited to those who need it, and regular review of security practices and access rights.
In the event of a personal data breach likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the CNIL within 72 hours and inform you without undue delay (Articles 33 and 34 GDPR).
